Pioneering Light Dosing
From Cancer and Beyond
"RADIANT Glow was born from experience rather than a business plan. At 29, on a trip to Canada, I sensed that something was wrong, and after months of misdiagnosis and a missing gallbladder I was told I had stage 3 cancer. It was a relief until reality set in - it was very difficult to see the impact the next three months of chemotherapy had on my family and friends. Also, having worked across virtually every department in healthcare, I knew the system well — yet still found it challenging to navigate as a patient. That chapter of complex care and support gave me more than a survivor's perspective; it gave me a purpose I couldn't let go.
The next chapter revealed itself while I was researching treatment options for my father's skin cancer. I knew there had to be a simpler solution than chemotherapy, so after much research I was introduced to red light therapy. The more I dug in, the more I noticed something that bothered me: most companies were copying the same generic claims, missing how much the dose actually matters. Get it wrong and it does nothing; get the wavelength, intensity, duration, for different skin tone right, and light becomes a genuine therapeutic tool — one that can support goals well beyond skin. That gap's my opening.
That's the mission driving RADIANT Glow. We're helping those who struggle with acne feel confident in their own skin and reinvesting our proceeds into research to create dosing protocols so low light therapy can accurately treat anything from psoriasis to wound healing to joint and muscle pain.
